Getting Creative: Exploring Creative Nonfiction
Thursdays, January 7-28 from 6:30 – 7:30 pm (PST)
Join writer Megan Cole as she introduces writers to the world of creative nonfiction. Participants will learn about the various forms of the genre, structure, voice and writing true stories. This 4-week course will be offered on Zoom with complimentary handouts and resources.
This is a free course offered by the Powell River Public Library.

Learn to write scenes that will pull your readers into you work. Scenes are one of the most important building blocks of creative writing and in this 5-week, small group, interactive course participants will write, re-write and discuss their scenes while reading and analyzing the work of other authors.
Cost: $100 (for all 5-weeks)
This course will be taught online via Zoom.
